Mix ‘n Match Studio Shoot
Catie & Amy’s salon is, like, eight minutes from my studio. So, I love to text them, tell them to bring over a bunch of random outfits, and show up at my door all dolled up, on a moment’s notice.
When you have talented, fun and super photographable friends like that, these things tend to happen often, so a little while back, I collected a bunch of my colored doodads in the studio, came up with a pretty rad setup, and had these two do their thing while we listened to some good old soca music.
The unplanned portrait sessions are by far my favorite: No expectations, no guidelines, just trying out things and seeing where we end up.
I really dig the mod vibes these photos give me. 🙂
