My kiddos ♥
Whenever I am in a funk, or a rut, I grab my kids and take them into the backyard.
I need only three or four minutes, which is all they give me anyway, and I hit the shutter button like crazy.
“Hug your sister!”
“Smile like you mean it!”
“Give your brother a noogie!”
Then I take those images, and upload them onto my computer.
And then I smile.
Because they are my heart and my soul.
My guiding lights in times of darkness.
My reason.
My pains in the ass.
My greatest masterpieces.
My best moments.
My fighter and warrior.
Even in the darkest of days, these two can turn my frown upside-down.
And for that, I am grateful. 🙂
