Golf balls & Apple orchards

Be warned: major photo overload coming your way! 😉

So, Cassandra and Mike got married a few weekends ago, on what was probably visually the most delightful of days, with stormy clouds looming and threatening, but never quite unleashing their wrath, and little slices of sunlight peeking through here and there. Add in some wind, and a stunning backdrop of hills and apple orchards, and you’ve got yourself a sweet recipe for magic.
Not to mention, having a totally in love couple, down for pretty much any suggestion you throw their way, a fantastic venue, and the bestest creative crew ‘ver, and you can’t help but be giddy-giddy gumdrops.

There were tears, a stunning gown, tiny dogs, a vintage car, a trip to the CVS where Cass and Mike first met, a Wendy’s pitstop, me forgetting my keys in the car and the hubby saving me with the spare, a matron of honor who a mere two days ago had a baby, adorable flower girls and ring bearers, clouds, rainbows, golf carts, drones, apples, emotional toasts, good food, golf balls, rap battles…and so much dancing!
The best weddings are the ones where you don’t leave, but stay and party alongside your crew, which is exactly what we did.

Cass and Mike, dudes. I wish for you nothing but the BEST in life and love. You two really are quite wonderful people, just like everyone at your wedding said you were, and if your big day was any indication of what’s in store for you two, it’s gonna be a good one. 🙂

And to my creative crew, from the fantastic ladies at The CT Wedding Group, to Brian and Jonte, a.k.a. my favorite cinematographer crew, to Kevin the DJ playing all the good tunes, keeping us all on the dance floor, and last but not least my dude Gerald Lovelace absolutely KILLIN’ it with me at this wedding (yasss for that drone!), I adore you all, and you make doing what I do. So. Much. Fun.

Cheers,
xo-LDee
